TR3 has a built-in option to "launch setup" if you right-click the game or press PLAY in Steam. To "run setup", use the launch option: -setup The only way I could get it to run was to start the game using the tomb3.exe file (.\Steam\steamapps\common\TombRaider (III)), instead of pressing PLAY in Steam. There have been both a Steam update and a Windows 10 update in the past week, so I suspect one of those is the cause. I can confirm that as of THIS WEEK both TR2 & TR3 have started crashing at startup (I've been playing TR4 with no problems).
